Where are our posters printed?
All our posters and paper products are printed less than 30 km from our offices.
We’ve worked closely with our printer since the very beginning and are proud to offer 100% Made in France, locally produced products — Breton all the way!
Are other sizes available?
Unfortunately not — we’ve chosen to offer our beautiful illustrations in just three formats:
A6 – postcard size, 10.5 x 14.8 cm
A2 – medium poster size, 42 x 59.4 cm
A0 – the king of posters, 84.1 x 118.9 cm
We won’t be offering other sizes, sorry!
SHIPPING
What are the delivery times?
We know — this is the ultimate e-commerce question!
You have two options:
Economy delivery in 48h via Colissimo — choose delivery to a pickup point or directly to your home.
Fast delivery in 24h via Chronopost — also available to a pickup point or home.
And here’s a little secret: any order placed before noon is shipped the same day. We call ourselves the Lucky Loutre — for reasons only we know!
Can I track my order?
You can probably guess the answer!
Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and link.
This lets you follow your purchase every step of the way and get notified when it arrives.
If the carrier has a hiccup and you don’t receive an email, don’t worry — your tracking number is also available in your account under:
PACKAGING
How do we package our posters?
To ensure your posters arrive in perfect condition, all A2 posters are protected in a sturdy cardboard tube. The ends of the poster are also secured to prevent any risk of bending or damage during transport.
What about frames?
We’ve chosen to rely on a careful carrier rather than using non-recyclable plastic padding or packaging. All our frames are delivered in a pizza-box style cardboard and shipped exclusively via Chronopost. Sure, it costs a little more, but you also get fast 24h delivery anywhere in France.
And the other products?
Don’t worry — we adapt our cardboard packaging to the products you order, so we never use oversized boxes unnecessarily. This helps us avoid wasting cardboard or extra filler material. Can I request multiple packages for the same order? We always group products together to minimize unnecessary packaging. Posters are packed together in a single cardboard tube. If you would like multiple packages for a single order, you can let us know in the order comments, and we’ll happily accommodate your request.

We work in partnership with Credit Agricole and PayPal.
You can choose to pay by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or via your PayPal account.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email
To check if your order went through, log in to your account and go to:
If your order shows the status Payment Accepted, you’re all set — we’ve received it!
Possible reasons for missing emails
Incorrect email address: Double-check your account email. Sometimes when we order too quickly, a small typo can send emails into the matrix.
Spam folder: Even though our emails are perfectly registered with all major providers, they might end up in your spam folder. Worth a quick look!
Technical hiccup: Never say never… it’s possible our server didn’t send your awaited email.
DESIGNS
How do we make our posters?
This might surprise you, but we illustrate them with our own heads — well, more precisely, with the head of Cléo, our amazing illustrator.
All our artworks start in her imagination, then flow through her stylus, guided by her magical fingertips, before finally coming out to be printed.
Can we have a city that isn’t in your catalogue?
Unfortunately, no — and we’re really sorry!
We do get lots of requests like this, but we personally curate our collection based on our moods, our inspirations, and our travels.
That said, we love hearing your ideas and suggestions! Give us a little nudge in the direction of your next favourite city — who knows, it might just end up being the next one we create.
