Where is it printed ?

All our paper range products are printed less than 30km away from our office. We closely collaborate with our printing friend since day one, and are really proud to offer 100% made in France products.

Other print format available ?

Sorry, we can't offer custom sizes other than our 3 main formats :
- A6 - postcard size : 10,5x14,8xm
- A2 - poster size : 42x59,4cm
- A0 - king size posters : 84,1x118,9cm.
We won't be able to make any other formats. In case you wonder, yes we do have according frames available.
What's your shipping delivery time ?

That is usually the main question regarding e-commerce !
You've got two choices:
- Eco shipping in France in 48h with Colissimo. You can choose to receive your package straight at home or in a relay shop.
- Fast shipping 24h with Chronopost, either at home or in a relay shop in France.
For oversea orders, you'll have only one choice: Colissimo. Shipping time will depend according to your location.

Can we track our orders ?

Of course you can !
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive automatically an email with your tracking number and link. You will then be able to track down your parcel on the way.
If you don't receive any of these, make sure your payment and order have been registered by checking Your Account > History and Orders details.
How do you package products ?
To make sure your poster arrives safe and sound, all our prints are protected with a cardboard tube. We also protect the posters' ends and corners to make sure no damage is done while shipping.

What about the frames ?
Frames can only be shipped within France. Indeed, in order to prevent any damages and unhappy friends, we'd rather not send those fragile items overseas. Sorry about that, we're sure you'll be able to find frames at your local shops.

What about other products ?
All good, don't worry ! We always use the right cardbox for the right product. We think it's dumb to send small products in big cardboxes and fill it up with paper or plastic to make sure it doesn't move.

Is it possible to have separate boxes for the same order ?

We always roll posters together in the same shipping tube, but yes it's possible. Just make sure to let us know by adding a comment to your order, or drop us a line if you're order has already been placed.
Payment methods
We work closely with BNP Paribas to secure all your credit cards payments. We accept Visa and Mastercard - sorry no Amex !
You can also choose to use Paypal to pay for your order. Rest assured, all your payments are crypted and secured !

I haven't received any order confirmation email.
Just to make sure your order has gone through, please go to "Your Account" and click on the "History and Order details" tab. If you can see your order, no worries we do too !

Common errors :
- Incorrect email address : Please make sure your email address is correct and not mispelled. Stuff happens, we know !
- SPAM: Our email could have gone into the SPAM matrix world. Just check this folder to see if we haven't been grounded !
- Technical stuff: As we say, stuff happens - Our server could have had a quick nap and didn't send your email - drop us a line, we'll sort it out - and wake it up.
How do you create your posters ?

Well, that could surprise you but we make them with our heads ! Cleo's head really - our talented inhouse artist.
That's where all our visuals are living, we just have to pull one out from time to time.

Can you make a poster that does not exist in your collection ?

Unfortunately, sorry but we can't. We have a lot of requests - and we thank you guys for those - but we follow our own creative path depending of our travels, ideas and mood.
You can, however, give us a shout with a city you'd love to see and we'll add it into our "to-do" list ! You never know, it might be our next destination.
