OUR POLICY ON DELIVERY AND RETURNS

SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGES

The posters alone are delivered in a cardboard tube, itself inserted into a cardboard packaging. The poster is protected by additional packaging inside the tube.

Framed posters are delivered already framed. The glass of the frame is protected by two plastic films to be removed during use. They are packaged in a special frame double fluted box and can only be delivered by Chronopost, in order to guarantee delivery of the product in good condition.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Particular attention is paid to fragile objects such as frames.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

We ship our products worldwide.Once the products are in your basket, all you have to do is create a customer account by entering your delivery address abroad in order to see the shipping costs according to your country of residence.

DELIVERY DISCOUNT

For any order greater than or equal to €50 including tax, we offer you the shipping costs for mainland France by Colissimo Point Relais. This discount applies to any order that does not include frames.

For any order greater than or equal to €95 including tax, we offer you the shipping costs for mainland France by Colissimo 48h or Chronopost.

DELIVERY DELAY

Any order placed on our website is delivered to the chosen carrier the same day if your order was placed before noon (French time) from Monday to Friday. Delivery times are calculated in working days and start when the package is delivered to the carrier. The delivery indications are defined when choosing your carrier.

Delivery times are provided for information only by the carriers and are not contractual. In case of delay due to the carrier, La Loutre cannot be held responsible. Note that during the sales period and Christmas, delivery times are often a little longer.
Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

RETURNS

You have 14 working days from receipt of your order to notify us of your request for return or exchange by email via our contact form or directly on [email protected]
To inform us of your return or exchange request, please contact our customer service who will tell you what to do. Be sure to check that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Once your return request has been received, we will offer you the exchange of a standard product (same product or different product at an equivalent price) or a full refund of your order.
In the event of a partial return of an order, the initial delivery costs are not refunded. In the event of a complete return, the initial delivery costs are refunded to the customer.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All risks related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Attention, for all deliveries, if the customer will not withdraw his order in on time, and the package is returned to us, the buyer will have to pay the delivery costs for a redelivery
